You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and using reeTainly on behalf of a business or as a business owner. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration

To use reeTainly, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Promptly updating your information when it changes

3. Acceptable Use

When using reeTainly, you agree not to:

• Send spam, abusive, or misleading messages
• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the service

4. Customer Data

You are responsible for the customer data you upload or generate within reeTainly, including contact details and transaction information. You confirm that:

• You have obtained any necessary consent to contact your customers via WhatsApp
• Your use of customer data complies with applicable data protection and privacy laws

5. Messaging and WhatsApp Compliance

reeTainly uses WhatsApp's APIs to send messages on your behalf. Your use of the service must comply with:

• WhatsApp's terms, policies, and commerce rules
• Any applicable local regulations on electronic communications

reeTainly is not responsible for penalties or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp as a result of your usage patterns or content.

6. Credits and Billing

reeTainly uses a credit-based model for messaging. Each WhatsApp message consumes credits from your account. You are responsible for:

• Purchasing sufficient credits to cover your messaging activity
• Reviewing your credit usage and charges

Credits may be non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep reeTainly available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors outside of our control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

reeTainly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, reeTainly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to reeTainly if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm us, our infrastructure, or other users. You may also stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
